• Personal Charges of Rs. 10,000/- will be accountable. Minimum Balance of Rs. 5000/- to be maintained.

• A Minimum contribution of Rs.5000/- will be given to the Endowment Fund with the second-year tuition If the student’s course lasts just two years. If a student is in a three-year or four-year program then the contribution to the Endowment Fund is to be paid with 3rd year or 4th year of fees as the case may be.
  
• If a student or parent wants to pay more to the Endowment fund than the minimum amount specified for the growth of a girl’s education, they can do so at the 2nd year or at the end of their course duration at the 3rd year or 4th year as the case may be.

4. If any disciplinary action is taken against the student, the scholarship will be revoked.
5. If a student’s scholarship is removed owing to a failure to fulfill the eligibility criteria, it will be reinstated in later years if the eligibility conditions are met (as indicated in point no. 3). All of the scholarship’s standard terms and restrictions would apply.
6. Students must provide all needed documentation at the time of application; no documents will be requested separately. The decision will be made based on the papers supplied, and no subsequent claims will be accepted.
7. Scholarship is not applicable to PhD / M.Tech. / Certification / Diploma Programs / MACS / Pharmacy programs.
8. The students need to submit fees before the last date of fee deposit (as notified by the University) to avail the scholarship. Scholarships will not be awarded to students who do not pay their fees by the deadline.
9. Rounding Off Rule: The qualifying percentage shall be rounded up to the next whole number if the final digit is five or higher.
